1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to 444cuc. By accessing, browsing, or using our platform at 444cuc.app, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules that may be issued from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you (as the user) and 444cuc (as the platform operator). This document is written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users, and the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation.

444cuc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to registered members.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the 444cuc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• An individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the country of your residence.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits participation in online gaming.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Have never had an account terminated at 444cuc previously due to a terms violation.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

444cuc requires a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit the following documents upon request:

• A copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the account used for withdrawal.

3User Account & Security Responsibilities

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 444cuc. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different names or information — constitute a direct breach of these terms.

Your Responsibilities as an Account Holder

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. 444cuc will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You are advised to:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to 444cuc support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

444cuc supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the same name as your 444cuc account.
• Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are not accepted and will be returned to the original source.
• 444cuc does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own fees.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires a successfully completed KYC process.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a verified account in your own name — no exceptions.
• 444cuc reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises fraud concerns while an investigation is conducted.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

444cuc offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, 20x means a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in wagering.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time and making their first deposit.
• Each player is only eligible to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or through account splitting will be fully forfeited.
• 444cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6General Game Rules

All games on the 444cuc platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party audit body. This ensures that every spin, card hand, or game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• Game outcomes generated by the RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 444cuc will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager will be returned to your account balance.
• Wins recorded in the 444cuc system are the official record. In the event of any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. 444cuc is not liable for any losses caused by connection disruptions on the player's end.

7Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444cuc platform:

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly disadvantage other players.
• Use of automation software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 444cuc platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's personal information or creating a false identity.

8444cuc Liability Limits

444cuc provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 444cuc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• 444cuc bears no liability for financial losses caused by service disruptions beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party provider failures.
• Players use this platform at their own risk. 444cuc is not responsible for betting outcomes or financial losses incurred during legitimate gameplay.

However, this limitation of liability does not affect user rights protected under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.

9Account Termination & Suspension

444cuc reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering currently under investigation.
• Account closure requested voluntarily by the player concerned.
• Decisions made by management based on business or regulatory compliance considerations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 444cuc customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid account balances will be returned to your registered bank account or digital wallet within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

444cuc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our official website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
